Judge Takes Pity On Barnsley Upskirter After Learning Of Resultant PTSD

A South Yorkshire judge took pity on a man found guilty of upskirting in Barnsley town centre this week, after it emerged that he is now suffering from post traumatic stress disorder,  and afraid to leave the house.
Peter Lech (47) from Wombwell, was found guilty of the offence at Sheffield Crown Court last Wednesday, but his lawyer Robin B’stard, said in mitigation that as a result of his actions, his  client is now suffering from flashbacks, night sweats, and a recurrent dream in which he is sucked into an infinite vortex.
Issuing a community service order, Judge Ivor Wigg lifted reporting restrictions, saying that he hoped publicity surrounding the case would serve as a warning to others in the area.
In a separate unrelated case, an unnamed man from Barnsley was acquitted of similar charges after inspection of his camera footage revealed nothing but blurry images of a selection of faded black leggings in various states of distress.
