Whiston Girl In Turmoil After Accidentally Posting Realistic Selfie To Facebook

In what’s believed to be the first case of its kind, a Whiston girl has posted a selfie on social media that actually looks like her.
Katie Badger (17) from Grange Road, took the selfie last Thursday after completely forgetting to apply a bucket load of make-up beforehand. To compound the error, she neglected to contort her face into a ludicrous pantomime pout, and inadvertently uploaded the photograph to social media without applying a ridiculously flattering filter or photoshopping out any semblance of humanity. The resulting photograph looked like Katie.
“I was mortified” said Katie while trying to get a good angle on her arse in the bathroom mirror for a new profile picture.” I’ve never uploaded a photo that looked like me before. They always end up looking like some vacuous generic bimbo and that’s the way I like it. Now I’m scared to go out because people know what I look like. You don’t put your photo up on Facebook and expect that people are going to know what you look like. It’s a nightmare”
This isn’t the first time that social media has left Katie red faced. Just six months ago we reported how she had been forced to order an extra desert at The Beefeater restaurant at Brecks, after absentmindedly breaking into a lemon and berry cheescake without photographing it for Instagram first.
